Encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls so staff see only what they should, a complete audit trail on every entry, minimal data collection, and user control over export and deletion.

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (Singapore region) and managed in compliance with PDPA cross-border requirements.
